September is my favourite time of year. Since I left school I never really got the hang of January being the time for fresh starts and resolutions (after all who wants to work hard and give up comfort foods in the dead of winter?) and I always feel the ‘back to school’ vibe when September starts. Summer is fun, but by the end of August I am happy for the nights to pull in a bit and the heat to die down. I always start exciting new projects in September and nearly always have a surge in clients. With that in mind I am celebrating the first of my favourite month, with not one, but four special offers and events for you, to help you also get back in the Autumn spirit and make your September the best month of the year as well.

Sign up for my 12-day empowering self-care course!
At the moment, if you sign up to my mailing list, you’ll get a 12-day self-care course absolutely free! Within 12 days you can learn empowering techniques, get free hypnosis tracks and be able to build up a mental health hygiene routine that can last a lifetime. Click this link to sign up today.

Come to myDe-stress and Sleep Well Workshop
If you’re based in Bristol or nearby then book to come on my Sleep Well and Destress workshop on the 25th September, at Yogasara on Picton Street. In this two-hour workshop you’ll learn how to cope better with stress and how to properly ‘shut-off’ in an evening, to ensure you get the best night’s sleep ever. You’ll get a deep hypnotherapy session and even a CD to take home. To book visit the ticket page.

Free Skype Consults for September
If you don’t live near Bristol, yet you would like to see me for some hypnotherapy and empowerment coaching then I have a special offer for you too. For the whole month of September, initial consultations will be free for my Skype clients, rather than the usual £40*. This means that wherever you are in the world, you can still benefit from some hypnotherapy.
*This offer does not include smokers as stop-smoking sessions are a one off.

A special offer for Mamma’s to-be
Autumn always seems to see a lot of baby bumps and mums to be looking for Hypnobirthing. I have to limit my hypnobirthing clients because of the time and energy I put into their tailor-made birth plans, but for the month of September I am offering two special, deluxe birth preparation packages for two lucky Mums-to-be. You’ll receive six sessions (including tailor-made birth reframes, and a session where you can bring your birth partner), a support booklet, two CDs and phone support for your whole pregnancy. The usual price of this is £500, but if you sign up this September, you can get one of these packages for the discounted price of £450. This offer is on a first-come-first-served bases and once they are gone they are gone, so contact me ASAP if you are interested.

So there you go, four great offers for one special month. Not only that, but I am back on a blogging tip, so expect lots of posts about wellbeing and empowerment over the next month. Now go and kick some leaves and play some conkers and enjoy your back to school feeling. If you want to learn more about any of these offers then get in touch by clicking the button below or emailing me at

  1. I love your enterprising spirit! I’m a January baby and I love winter, but I totally get the idea that September is the month for beginnings. New school years, cooling weather, the end of a growth cycle, wow. So much change in fall. Look forward to doing this challenge with you!

    • That’s actually really interesting Paul, as I was born mid-August! Maybe Summer babies feel all new in Autumn/Fall and Winter babies like the re-birth of January. I don’t know if there is any science behind it but it’s a nice idea!

  2. September is the new new year!

  3. Loved your post! I love fall…the return of cooler weather means sweatshirt weather. I love the beautiful colors as we watch the leaves drop and disappear for the season. A great book curled up on the couch with my dog and a comfy, soft blanket. And then, football. Yes, this chick loves football! 🙂

  4. I love September, too! We don’t have fall color yet in Connecticut, but the sky was so beautiful today — And those school supplies… {sigh}… love your featured image. Be blessed…
